Christopher
Hill
Chris has served over 25 years as a senior leader in Human Resources. His most recent
role was as Chief People Officer for Ventech Solutions, Inc. In his varying roles as a
senior business consultant and HR leader to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior
Leadership team, he has led teams of Human Resources professionals with responsibility
for strategic HR Consultation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and
overall HR Delivery to leaders and employees across the Businesses.
Chris actively leads within the local and professional community and is actively involved
as Chairperson, Men Wear Pink (American Cancer Society), United Way of Central Ohio,
and Wounded Warrior Project. He has earned a Masters, Labor and Human Resources
from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor of Science,
Management of Human Resources, Bellevue University, Bellevue, Nebraska.
Additionally, he possesses multiple certifications within HR, including Senior Professional
in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Urick
As a talent acquisition leader with over 20 years of experience, Alissa has demonstrated excellence in
attracting, identifying, and retaining exceptional talent with a holistic approach, focusing on not just the
immediate needs but the long-term success of both the candidates and the organization. Her leadership
has been instrumental in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, innovative
recruitment practices, building & leading teams, strengthening employer brand, and ATS solutions &
optimization.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Alissa’s devoted to social causes through her active
involvement in community service for notable organizations such as Back Pack’s for Kids, Go Red for
Women, The Food Pantry, and the Ronald McDonald House. An Alumna of Pennsylvania State
University studying Business with a focus on organizational leadership, and continuing education
throughout her career with certifications in Predictive Index, DISC, Social Styles, and a certified
Professional Recruiter through AIRS.

Lisa
Haase, JD
Ms. Haase is a partner with Curry Roby, LLC in the firm’s Columbus, Ohio office. She is an experienced trial attorney, who brings a wealth of diverse practice experience to her clients. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Ohio and Michigan. She began her legal career in Ohio with a firm that handled commercial litigation.Thereafter, she joined a large Detroit law firm as a member of the firm’s specialty litigation team. Upon her return to Ohio, Ms. Haase worked as a corporate attorney/risk manager for Anchor Hocking in its Lancaster headquarters. There, she gained experience in handling workers compensation, labor, and employment issues. She joined Curry Roby (formerly CRM) in 2008. Her practice involves the handling employment claims (investigation, administrative and litigation), claims of unlawful discrimination under the FHA and ADA, counseling small businesses on best practices, and the defense of business tort and personal injury claims.
She is a Golden Gavel award winner for her trial advocacy. She is a member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. Lisa C. Haase is a cum laude graduate of both Miami, University (B.A. Political Science 1991) and The University of Toledo College of Law (J.D. with distinction 1994). While in law school, Ms. Haase achieved various honors and was awarded a student research internship in Insurance Law.
