As a talent acquisition leader with over 20 years of experience, Alissa has demonstrated excellence in attracting, identifying, and retaining exceptional talent with a holistic approach, focusing on not just the immediate needs but the long-term success of both the candidates and the organization. Her leadership has been instrumental in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, innovative recruitment practices, building & leading teams, strengthening employer brand, and ATS solutions & optimization.  

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Alissa’s devoted to social causes through her active involvement in community service for notable organizations such as Back Pack’s for Kids, Go Red for Women, The Food Pantry, and the Ronald McDonald House. An Alumna of Pennsylvania State University studying Business with a focus on organizational leadership, and continuing education throughout her career with certifications in Predictive Index, DISC, Social Styles, and a certified Professional Recruiter through AIRS.
