Christopher Hill, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Chris has served over 25 years as a senior leader in Human Resources. His most recent role was as Chief People Officer for Ventech Solutions, Inc. In his varying roles as a senior business consultant and HR leader to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership team, he has led teams of Human Resources professionals with responsibility for strategic HR Consultation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and 

overall HR Delivery to leaders and employees across the Businesses. 

Chris leads within the local and professional community and is actively involved as Chairperson, Men Wear Pink (American Cancer Society), United Way of Central Ohio, and Wounded Warrior Project. He has earned a Masters, Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor of Science, Management of Human Resources, Bellevue University, Bellevue, Nebraska. 

Additionally, he possesses multiple certifications within HR, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy.
