With over five years of experience, Lexie Heaton is an early career professional in Human Resources. Lexie has experience in benefits, compensation, executive compensation, HRIS, employee recognition, employee well-being programs, coordinating internship programs, and facilitating surveys.

Lexie graduated from The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) in 2020 and a Master of Human Resource Management in 2022. Additionally, she has obtained the Compensation Analyst Credential from the Economic Research Institute (ERI).

Lexie has been a member of the Columbus Compensation Association since 2022 and currently serves on the board as Secretary.
